TALENT IN SHORT SUPPLY

Stockholm, Sweden27-28 June, 2016

A WAVERING TALENT LANDSCAPE. Fewer students are grad-uating with the skills needed for economic growth. And many countries are now confronted with significant talent shortages.

PwC reports that 73 percent of CEOs see availability of skills as a key business threat.

With talent supply being more business critical than ever, global talent attraction and the use of innovative solutions to reach potential employees is now on the agenda.

The Future Talent Summit will bring together university leaders, private and public sector executives, and incubators to discuss the future of global talent attraction:

“How will we connect talent to their future employers?”

NURTURING TALENTFOR GROWTH

Incubators globally share a common goal to curate and catalyze successful ventures and in doing so nurture the current and future talent for growth. At the same time, corporations are looking for the most efficient channels to approach and interact with the en-trepreneurial community and startup scene, whereas government innovation agencies continuously seek methods and tools to analyse the state of incubation within their network, region, sector and the world.

The first held Incubation Summit powered by UBI Global, and as part of The Future Talent Summit 2016 in collaboration with Universum, is our way to underline the commitment of all the actors of the ecosystem, help them share and discover the latest trends and insights from the ever-changing world of business incubation, and attain the highest possible level of understanding of the global best practices around nurturing current and future talent for growth.

We look forward to see you in Stockholm in June!

Ali Amin, CEOUBI Global
