Delivering programs Australia-wide
I would just like let you know that I had a fantastic, funny, informative and slightly heated
discussion with some friends this morning about our super. We are all in our 20’s and
discussing our investment plans – And I totally started it!! Thank you so much for being
the catalyst. Thanks to your program, not only will I benefit my financial future but my
friends and family will benefit just from listening to what I’ve learnt or merely starting the
conversation. It’s been an awesome and liberating experience.
You both are doing such an important job in the best most entertaining and informative
way. It has meant so much to me, I even came to the second session with an acute
kidney infection!

Program impact
Thank you Zoe and Alisdair for the recent ‘no surprises’ series of workshops you ran for
our Mortgage Innovation Business Owners. The feedback has been terrific, especially
around the tools and exercises you went through to assist in managing their businesses
and the engaging manner that it was delivered. It was great for the team to spend some
quality time reflecting on the key financial drivers in the business.
I am sure we will see the value of the workshops reflected in the growth of the individual
businesses and the over all business in the months to come. We look forward to follow up
sessions.

A great big 'thanks'. An immensely useful program, loved the month-to-month sessions giving time for learning to sink in and actions to be made.
Fantastic course overall. Well done and thank you …Keep up the great work. It was an engaging and interesting course, where I think everyone was able to learn something new and refresh what they may already know.

Empowering employees
Benefits for Family & Community
I wish to congratulate the team on the Work Ready Program that you ran last week and commend the pastoral care aspect to this training.
Robert attended his appointment today and was very positive. He said that last week was life changing and he could not get over how much of an impact the two days of team building and advise on financial management and time management had on his ‘new’ outlook to life and managing life when he is away. He said he is writing a “to do list” everyday and finding this helpful, getting up early and he has opened another bank account for his kids future. He said the roller operator course was brilliant and he is looking forward to flying out in June. He said he has already put his hand up the next project after the Airport which will take him back to his ancestors land.
He was visiting his GP today to set up a dietary plan and he is looking forward to that challenge of losing weight and becoming more healthy and conscious of his well being. On behalf of my client I wish to thank you.

Evaluating ROI
Measurement and Evaluation
The Future Map program tracks and evaluates shifts in knowledge, attitude, behaviour, confidence,
motivation and employee engagement. We are passionate about creating stepped change that benefits the
individual to “Change the Financial Blueprint of Australia” whilst delivering a Return on Investment (ROI) for
our business partners.
Future Map has a partnership with TrackNchange®, an evidence based scientific process developed by Dr
Lucia Kelleher, to measure ROI of ‘human behavioural change’.
Businesses that use TrackNchange® increase customer retention and become employers of choice.
Employees are motivated by ‘knowing’ that their efforts produce results the business requires for success.
Lack of visibility of effort following change or training severely erodes employee’s ability to predict that their
training outputs will lead to job security.
