Focus America, Inc.(FA) was founded in 2000 and is the wholly owned US subsidiary of Future Focus Infotech Pvt. Ltd.Based out of Chicago, Illinois, FA was initially addressing only software development and related projects. During October 2005, FA also ventured into FFI’s main-stream business of IT Consulting Services and has since recorded exponential growth. FA focuses on delivering technical consulting and project-based services to its international customers across varied technology domains. Project related services are delivered out of Focus’ offshore development center in Chennai, India.

Quite simply put, whether in India or the US, we endeavor to make a real and lasting difference to our Relationships.

Future Focus Infotech, MEA (FFI MEA) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Future Focus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. India (FFI) with its registered office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

Over the past year, FFI has steadily established its niche in region, providing IT HR Consulting Services to its global customers for their projects in the region.

FFI MEA has an independent and robust CRM and delivery machinery that addresses and caters to the IT HR consulting requirements in the Middle East and South Africa region. This claim is supported by the fact that FFI MEA is one of the fast growing partners in the Telecom, ERP and Web Technology space to IT majors like TCS, Infosys and others, in the MEA region. Quality Management system of an organization is only as good as the quality of its processes and effectiveness of their

implementation by the stakeholders to innovate and continually improve the business.

In 2006 April, Focus launched its own Portal to facilitate new hopefuls directly register and interact with Focus func-

tionaries and to manage issues instantaneously and effectively. Over the year, with phased integration, in both back-

ward and forward directions, it has now metamorphed into an integrated application customized 360 degrees to the

needs of candidates, existing consultants, end customers and FFI employees.

FiQMS is now the backbone of Focus Process implementation, standardizing procedures across geographies,

capturing deviations as and when they happen, cautioning the functionary of any delays, escalating issues when

required, raising appropriate alerts to management, recording transactions, measuring performance and analyzing

against objectives.

FiQMS provides a forum where private interaction is possible with the candidate through all stages at different

levels of management to maintain a delicate balance of business and emotional relationship, at once achieving trans-

parent as well as confidential interactions.

FFI's “Business Continuity Services” (BCS) is one-of-a-kind process innovation which works towards providing the

level of Business Assurance that normally accompanies a more traditional “product” or “solutions” sale and

accompanied documentation. Where “resource augmentation” signs-off, BCS commences, focusing on all

parameters that are hitherto managed by the customer or simply not addressed. While BCS is the Management of

People, it is far removed from the type-cast HR; in that, its complete accountability is ensuring the success of the

business by ensuring the effective management of our “solution” (the consulting engineer). The Project may focus

on the Technical Delivery of its business, while the deliverables of the People aspect of the business is managed by

Future Focus Infotech Pvt Ltd which came into being in 1997 as a training company, quickly evolved into a strategic IT, HR and solutions management provider. The company has three core business units to provide technical services in software development and BPO and onsite technical consulting.
