System Introduction

FUTURE ALU.EASY DECK is a light weight state of the art formwork which utilizes aluminum panels and infill beam as slab decking system. Easy Deck frames are made with a special alloying metal 6061 T6 with plywood surface which has an excellent stiffness to weight ratio.

Mechanical Properties: Ultimate Tensile Strength = 310 Mpa Density = 2.7 t/m3 Tensile Yeild Strength = 280 Mpa Modulus of elastisity = 69 GPa Elongation at Break = 10% Possion’s Ratio = 0.33

Alloy 6061 is one of the most widely used alloys in the 6000 series. the standard structural alloy, one of the most versetile of the heat-treated alloys, is ideal for medium to high strength requiements with quality toughness characteristics. Applications range from transportation components to ma-chinery and equipment aplications. to recreat products and consumer durables.

Alloy 6061 has excellent corrosion resistance to atmospheric conditions and adequate corrosion resistance to sea water. this alloy alos offers good finishing characteristsics and responds well to anodizing; however, where cosmetic appearance is critical. consider the use of allow 6063. the most commonly used anodizing method includes clear, clear and colored dye, and hardcoat.

1.) Hold the props upright using Tripods and place the Main Beam on the drop head, while bringing the other prop to push the Main Beam in place.

2.) Repeat Steps 1 & 2 following to complete the Main Beam Layout for Slabs following FUTURE SUPPLIED SHOP DRAWINGS.

3.) Place the 30K Panels simultaneously and Infill Beams on the Main Beams and ensure that they are securely in place.

4.) Fill any gaps with plywood to complete the slab shuttering system. Secure the formwork one more time and tighten them to meet safety regulations. Place release agent on the formwork then commence steel and electromechanical works on the slab.

5.) Commence with the casting stage. Casting should be done correctly by first pouring the concrete on the beams then filling the slab area.

ASSEMBLING THE INFILL BEAM INCASE OF OBSTRACTION

After Clearly identifying the area of obstruction, Infill Beams may be attached to the main beam.

the special design of the grooves allows the Infill Beam to sit properly in place.

after fitting and securing the Infill Beam, PP Hallow Boards may now be placed on top of the profile supplying rigidity and durability.

ASSEMBLING THE PLYWOOD FILLER INCASE OF OBSTRACTION

After Clearly assembling the Easy Deck system, obstractions such as connecting the beams to a wall might occur. thus, attaching the plywood filler to the beam will allow to attach the Plywood to the wall securely and easily.

Due to the specially designed grooves within the profile, the Plywood filler sits properly in place.

After fitting the filler, Plywood will be nailed to the profile, securing it in place.

Start off by removing the lock-pin from the drop head safely. then strike the bottom wedgewith a hammer releasing the prop mechanism allowing the props and drop head to remain in place and serve as back propping.
