Primera limpieza

Se trata de la limpieza de � n de obra: es el paso más importante, ya que afecta a los resultados del uso posterior del producto. Su objetivo es eliminar de la super� cie de las placas todo rastro y residuo de materiales ajenos.

• Quitar la suciedad con una aspiradora;• Mojar el suelo con agua limpia con el � n de empapar y proteger las

juntas contra la acción corrosiva del detergente;• Limpiar usando un detergente ácido adecuado, (decapante,

desincrustantes o quita cementos). Los desincrustantes se emplean diluidos en agua y para su aplicación se deben seguir las instrucciones de uso indicadas por el fabricante y atender las precauciones para una utilización segura (por ejemplo: utilizar guantes, ventilación adecuada, etc.);

• Absorber la solución de limpieza con un paño limpio o una aspiradora adecuada;

• Enjuague a fondo toda la super� cie con agua limpia, tibia para neutralizar la acción del detergente;

• Eliminar cualquier acumulación rascando;• Si fuera necesario, limpie la super� cie de nuevo usando un

detergente neutro o alcalino diluido, luego enjuague con agua tibia limpia y seque la super� cie.

Advertencias:Algunos de los componentes de los adhesivos son sensibles a los ácidos; por este motivo, se recomienda siempre solicitar al fabricante indicaciones sobre el detergente más idóneo para la limpieza.

Production Process – Sintering and Technology - NDD or Full Body:

The Sintering Technology that TheSize has developed to create Neolith, replicates in matter of hours the process by which natural stones are created throughout thousand of years. It exposes the raw materials described above to extremely high pressure and temperature. During a � rst phase, the raw materials go through the pressing machinery where a pressure of 400 bars is applied. In a second phase, the slab goes through an oven with temperatures reaching more than 1200ºC (2200ºF). This process of ultracompactation gives birth to a full-body surface (14 colors out of its palette) with unique technical features.

Decoration: TheSize has recently developed a new and revolutionary digital printing decoration technology named NDD (Neolith Digital Design) that increases exponentially the possibilities in terms of designs (rich in details) and � nishes offered by Neolith (30 colors).

Results: A Sintered Compact Surface of large format and minimum thickness with physical and mechanical characteristics never seen before in the construction industry.

Applications: Thanks to the format and physical and mechanical characteristics, this type of product is ideal for limitless indoors and outdoors applications in the commercial and residential area: countertops, cladding, façades, furniture. The imagination is the only limitation.

Neolith is the outcome of a selection of the best raw materials and a revolutionary highly technological production process known as sinterization. Thanks to these elements and to several exhaustive quality controls along the chain, a sintered compact surface of large formats and minimun thickness with extraordinary characteristics is attaiened.

THICKNESSES

The thicknesses are one of the most important elements characterizing Neolith. They range from 3 to 12 mm, and they determine the possible applications given to Neolith slabs. 3 mm can be used for interior cladding or furniture; 6 mm for both indoor and outdoor � ooring or exterior cladding (ventilated façades); 12 mm is set aside for the most demanding product applications such as kitchen countertops.
