FUNCTIONS Newstead Brewing Co.’s brewing philosophy is simple; community and quality. We march to the beat of our own drum, not following trends but staunchly promoting good beer. Our core range offers a little something for everyone, while our special batches are all named after tidbits of Brisbane. We are outward looking but inwardly confident of our purpose. We are here to serve the good people of Brisbane for the enjoyment of all things beer. OUR BREWPUBS Newstead Brewing Co is one of the original craft breweries & brewpubs of Brisbane. We have two busy brewpubs, each with a 12 taps of our beer, exciting wine list, spirits and kitchens. Both venues are open 7 days a week from 10am until late. 85 DOGGETT ST, NEWSTEAD Located in the bustling suburb of Newstead in a 1940’s warehouse, the venue is made up of original industrial fixtures, polished wooden floors and working brewery on full display. It’s a mix of old & new, modern & classic, charming yet comfortable. Dining Hall (2 - 120 pax) Main dining room situated in between the bar and the brewery. Seated area. High Tables (25pax) Casual High Table area at the front of the brewery. Close to the bar. Brewhouse (40pax) - Rustic area at the nestled in at the entry of the brewery. Brewers Studio (45pax) - Private function room. Bar, toilets and A/V (68 inch flat screen tv with HDMi plugin) available. 67 CASTLEMAINE ST, MILTON The bigger, shinier one. Situated a stones throw from Suncorp Stadium, our Milton brewpub looks after the majority of our brewing capacity and can hold up to 600 people. Built with a modern flare, the venue shows off the brewery through ceiling high glass panels and features towering fermenters planted in the beer garden. The Beer Garden (15 - 200 pax) Nestle up to our outdoor fermenters. Access to the main bar & kitchen. A/V (projector & microphone available). Dining Room (2 - 50 pax) Open plan dining area. Larger bookings can be set up across mulitple tables. Function Terrace (40 - 120 pax) Fully stocked bar & a whole space to yourself. Movable glass wall can be opened up to create a space for up to 120 people. Room can be closed off for small meetings, presentations, lunches & dinners. The space also features a 68 inch flat screen tv with Airmedia, HDMi & microphone availble. WHY NEWSTEAD BREWING CO? We are a proudly independent brewery that supports other small, high quality Australian producers. Our bar has 12 taps featuring our core range beer (and a cider) as well as a rotating selection of our small batch beers, seasonal beers and (at times) beers from other craft breweries. We have a seasonal full wine list showcasing quality wines from Australia & abroad. There’s also a well-stocked back bar featuring cocktails, guest beers, soft drinks, ciders & ginger beers. We have seasonal menus at both our our venues. We source as local as possible and take pride in not cutting corners in our food quality. Both pubs offer a fresh, delcious pub fare with a modern twist and we have mulitple vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options and happily cater for other dietary requirements. Sounding good?
