Monday 18th November 2019

Golf at Mission Hills Vijay Course Shenzhen with caddies and motorised carts

Three time major winner, Vijay Singh has

created a layout with a number of innovative

design techniques, including the 150 yard

beach bunker on the par-5 third hole, and the

green complex literally perched atop a rock

wall at the par-5 10th. In creating the course,

Vijay drew skilfully from famous designs

around the world (including Pebble Beach),

making it a favourite among both low and

high handicappers.

Tuesday 19th November 2019

Golf at Mission Hills Annika Course Dongguan with caddies and motorised carts

Here’s a first – a course designed with the red

tees as a priority! That’s the point of difference

on Annika Sorenstam’s layout, yet it is a course

that remains tempting and demanding from the

longer tees. Another difference: there are six par

3s, six par 4s and six par 5s, which is always an

intriguing configuration. The Annika course also

affords some of the best mountain views of the

Dongguan quintet, which rise more than 300

metres above the golf course. The dramatic

elevations throughout the course provide

numerous panoramic tee shots.

Wednesday 20th November 2019 Day at Leisure

OPTIONAL Shopping trip to Shenzhen or additional round of golf

Aside from the golf, shopping really is a

highlight of the Shenzhen region. Luohu

Commercial City features over 700 shops set

over 5 floors, and is likely to be the most

intense shopping experience you’ve ever

experienced. Take a deep breath and be

prepared for an assault on the senses. There

are hundreds of salespeople and hustlers all

jostling for your attention. Just about

everything you could ever want to buy is on

sale here.

Thursday 21st November 2019

Golf at Mission Hills Els Course Shenzhen with caddies and motorised carts

The Ernie Els course was intended to be a

composition of lush forests and pristine turf to

reflect the South African’s homeland. That

result was achieved, although the more

interesting aspect of the Els course is its

twisting nature and how golfers never confront

two holes running in the same direction. The

drive from the 4th is a highlight, a par 5 played

from a scenic, dramatically elevated tee to a

narrow, snaking fairway below.

Friday 22nd November 2019

Golf at Mission Hills Norman Course Dongguan with caddies and motorised carts

Greg Norman’s course is the bear of the

Mission Hills dozen, designed in the

traditional stylings of the Australian Sand Belt.

It affords some of the best scenery at Mission

Hills but your game needs to be in peak

shape. Characterised by demanding shots at

every turn and journeys through, up and

down a chain of valleys, the Norman is a

handful for any golfer. The front nine

meanders through dramatic mountain ridges

and hillsides, while the back nine lays gingerly

in one of the property’s many lush valleys.

As Golf & Tours Pty Ltd is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect to the supply of any

element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind,

delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products

or by other third parties unless caused by our negligence.

If, due to supplier availability an item on this itinerary is no longer available for our tour, Golf &

Tours reserves the right to substitute any of the golf, accommodation, transfers or activities listed in

this itinerary with any item of similar standard/value.

By signing and dating the booking form you have given permission for Golf & Tours to take

photographs of yourself, and to publish those photographs for any lawful purpose, including, but not

limited to promoting Golf & Tours on their website, social media accounts, and promotional

materials, either digital or in print, in perpetuity. If you have a change of heart, you can ask Golf &

Tours to stop using your images at any time, in which case efforts will be taken to prevent them

being used in future digital and offline publications but they may continue to appear in publications

already in circulation.

Flights

This tour requires a minimum number of golfers to proceed. Please do not book your flights until

you have been advised by Golf & Tours that the tour will be proceeding, and which flights will

coincide with the group airport transfers. If minimum numbers are not achieved, you will be offered

a full refund or opportunity to transfer your deposit to another tour.

Travel Insurance

Golf & Tours Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the

time of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and

additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and

valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which

you deem are necessary.

Passport & Visas

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of travelling and that you

hold all necessary visas and permits to travel to China and Hong Kong. You may require a full visa for

travel to China, even as a tourist. You must obtain this visa prior to travel. It will not be possible to

apply for this visa at the border of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. All guests must hold a valid passport for

international travel. To enter China, your passport must be valid for at least six months from the

date you intend to leave China.

Pricing

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however, Golf & Tours Pty

Ltd acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from our suppliers of the travel

services and products listed in this itinerary. We will bring to your attention any change in price prior

to you paying the balance of the tour. N.B some golf clubs, hotels, transfer companies and travel

service providers reserve the right to increase their pricing due to increases in green fees, hotel

accommodation charges and currency fluctuations etc. Where the increase in price is greater than

10% of the original price of the tour, you may choose to either:

(a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty; or

(b) accept the change of price

You must notify us of your choice within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase or you will be

deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.

Payments

Golf & Tours accepts the following payment methods: Direct bank deposits, cheque and credit card

(Visa, American Express or MasterCard N.B credit card payments will incur a 2.9% processing fee).

A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to secure your place on this tour. Please indicate on the

booking form how you wish to make this payment.

The balance will be due on 9th August 2019. Golf & Tours will contact you on 8th August 2019,

advising of the full amount owing for the tour, minus the deposit already paid, giving you the final

balance owing. If you wish to make this final balance payment earlier than this date, or you wish to

make this payment in a different currency eg CAD, USD, GBP, EUR etc, please contact Golf & Tours

Pty Ltd.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:

• Cancellation before final balance payment is required: Deposit lost

• Cancellation after final balance payment has been completed: 100% of the tour cost charged

If the company is forced to cancel a tour, a full refund or option to transfer full deposit to a

subsequent tour will be offered to the client.
