Advanced Engineered Systems Inc.’s fully automated cartridge loading machine can assemble a wide variety of Mil Spec, NATO and commercial small caliber ammunition at speeds up to 250 parts per minute. The basic loader comes complete with five turrets for checking flash holes, filling powder, checking powder, bullet placement and seating & crimping. Additional turrets may be added for vision inspection, tip painting and exterior neck sealing. Multiple size calibers can be done with modest tool change over time.
