These are the things that will make the items useful to you and allow us to analyse results

For a question you can:● Communicate with the author● Rate it – tell other people if it is a good
question● Verify the answer – sometimes even good
questions have a mistake in the memo everybody makes mistakes so lets help each other by checking answers
● Use it in a test● Make your own version (derive a copy) –
sometimes you want to make a minor change to a question, change the context or the numbers
● Leave a comment – give everyone feedback about how you used this question
Your feedback can trigger discussion amongst educators, improved sorting of questions, and better quality assurance – please provide
feedback!

You can contribute your own questions to the bank as well, click on the Questions navigation tab and then click on Contribute

Just fill in the simple form for creating a question, you can enter Reference Material like a poem or extract from a resource, include
the Question and the Marks allocation

Specify the question format, provide the answer, any keywords, the relevant topics and a learner response time.
Click save and you have a draft question.

You have to Finalise a question before it will be available for others to see.

Find a question you would like to include in a test ....
And click on Add to test
Give your test a name and click on Submit

Then click on Tests to see your test list
You can add another test, download the test or memo PDF files
Click on the test title to see the test details

Test details include all Topics covered by the included questions, total marks and total time allocation.
Click on Add Questions to add more questions to your test

Notice the test name at the top, you are specifically searching for questions to add to this test
Just click on Add to test and the question will automatically be added

You can change the search criteria or click on the test name to go back to the test details

Create class listsIf you are creating tests then you probably want to use them for a
class you teach
FullMarks provides the functionality to create class lists so that you can capture marks and evaluate learner and class performance.

Just click on the Class lists navigation tab and then Add Class List
BTW – you can use Import Learners to import a CSV file from your favourite spreadsheet

Actually capturing the results of a test requires a scoresheet for a particular class and test.
You can use a test for multiple classes just make multiple scoresheets

Click on the Tests navigation tab and then on Marks in the subnavigation

Scoresheet button – click on it

class(es) that need scoresheet(s)

marks
