3.2. The applicant shall not produce any products activities for products/process listed in the EIA Notit1cation dated 14/('9/21)06"am"d,d from time to time, requiringprior Environmental Clearance from competent allthority.

3.3. Applicant shall strictly comply/fulfill with all the conditions stipulated by competent authority inthe order of Environmental Clearance issued vide letter no. SEIAA/GUJ/EC/5(f)/173/2013 dated05/07/2013.

The quantity aftotal waste water generation shall not exceed 91 KL/day. (Break up asbelow)a) Domestic - 7 KLJday.

b) Industrial - 84 KLlday.The quantity of the industrial effluent from the manufacturing process and other ancillary industrial

operations shall be 84 KLida}' and the quantity of domestic waste water (sewage) shall not exceed

7 KLiday.

Industrial effluent along with domestic waste water shall be sent to ETP for treatment. After

treatment the treated effluent along with Cooling Tower blow dO\\'Il, Boiler blow down and D.M.

reject water shall be sent for RO. RO permeate shall be reused in cooling tower and RO reject shallbe evaporated.

The unit shall affix of water meters as per Section 4 (I) of the water (Prevention and Control of

Pollution) Cess Act - 1977 for the purpose of measuring and recording the quantity of water

consumed at such places as may be required, within 15 days and it shall be presumed that the

quantity indicated by the meter has been consumed by the industry until the contrary is proved.SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC CONDITIONS UNDER \VATERACT:-

4.6.1 The effluent shall be stripped off, ofVOe's in a closed system before further treatment into ETP.

4.6.2 Unit shall provide treated effluent holding facility for at least 48 hrs, having vertical tank design

preferably.

4.6.3 Applicant shall carry out Bio Assay and Toxicity test for the treated waste water and same shall be

submitted to the GPCB.4.6.4 Unit shall install continuous monitoring as well as alarm system for parameters of treated

effluent, such as:-pH meter, TOe analyzer, magnetic flow meter along with totalizer and recorder

at the final outlet of factory drain/pipe of ETP. Records of the same shall be maintained invariably

by the unit and shall be submitted to GPCB every month.

4.6.5 Applicant shall ensured & undertake on Rs. 100 stamp paper that it has no outlet in GlDC U/G

drain.4.6.6 There shall be no discharge from the unit. Unit shall maintain Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) status.

5. CONDITIONS ONDER AIR ACT:-

5.1 Following shall be used as fuel in the in the boiler/ Thermic Fluid Heater/D.G.set as following

5.4 The applicant shall install & operate a comprehensive adequate air pollution control measures in

5.9 The consent to operate the industrial plant shall lapse if a! any time the parameters of the gaseous

emission are not within the tolerance limits specified in the conditions.

5.10 The applicant shall provide portholes, ladder, platform etc. at chimney(s) for monitoring the air

emissions and the same shall be open for inspection to / and for use of Board's staft: The

chimney(s) vents attached to various sources of emission shall be designed by numbers such as S-

1,5-2, etc. and these shall be painted idisplayed to facililate identification.

5.11 All measures for the control of environmental pollution shall be provided before commencing

production.

5.12 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC COl'WITJONS UNDER AIR ACT:-5.12.1 Total control of odour nuisance from the plant premises, shall be achieved & maintained by the

applicant continuously.

5.12.2 The applicant shall install continuous ionline monitoring system on the slacks for the parameters

such as 502, NOx & PM.

transportation and ultimate disposal of Hazardous wastes at common TSOFf Common Incineration

facility.

6.4 The authorization shall be in force for a period up to 19/05/2021.

6.5 The authorization is su~iect to the conditions staled below and such other conditions as may be

specified in the rules from time to time under the Environment (Protection) Acl-1986.

6.6 Unit shall provide separate, adequate storage areas for raw materials, prodducts, each type ofhazardOllS wastes, including for containers containing fresh/used/waste etc.

6.7 Unit shall cover the open portion on both sides of the hazardous waste storge area by Providing GISheets from the top to the bottem as well as provide slanted sheets in the front Portion, to Preventingress of water form out side.

6.8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUTHORISA nON6.8.1 The authorised person shall comply with the provisions of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986,

and the rules made there under.6.8.2 The authorisation or its renewal shall be for inspection at the request of an officer

authorised by the State Pollution Control6.9 The person authorised shall not lend,

6.9.1 or working conditions as mentioned in thisof his authorization.

6.9.2 Procedure (ERP) for which thisis being gra.nted considering possible scenarios such as

leakages, fire etc. and their possible impacts and also carry out mock drill in this regard atinterval of time;

6.9.3 The person authorised shall comply with the outlined in the Central Pollution ControlBoard guidelines on "Implementing for Environment Damages due to Handling andDisposal of Hazardous Waste and Penalty"

6.9.4 It is the duty of the authorised person to take prior pennission of the State Pollution Control Boardto close down the facility.

6.9.5 Tile imported hazardous and other wastes shall be fully insured for transit as well as for anyaccidental occurrence and
