Part 2: Related Concepts LED LED is short for light emitting diode.

Each LED of LED display has a corresponding luminance control circuit. A computer controls the circuit, the circuit influences the brightness of each LED, then form the picture or letters we desire in the LED display. LED Pixel Pitch Pixel pitch refers to the center distance of two pixels, it decides the pixel quantity of unit area. Part 4 Service and Commitment

Before service: We can offer the best resolution according to the customer

requirement.

In-service: Offer the inquiry service of the led display technical, specifications, fitting etc.

Offer the best complete suggestions according to the actual conditions and clients’

requirement.

After service: Within the first year after purchasing, any defective parts of products due

to materials or production failure from QICHUANG will be repaired by Qichuang without

any extra service fee. The shipping & handling charges from customer to Qichuang for

service will be paid by buyer. The shipping fee from Qichuang to customer for sending

back will be paid by QICHUANG.

After warranty period, the customer needs to send back service products to

QICHUANG to Check. The service and repairing cost has to be charged, which will be

notified by QICHUANG. All the in and out shipping charges are at buyer's account.

QICHUANG will offer the update service of software, control system for the life time of the

led display.
