•‘Living Lab’ NGA FTTP test-bed in Manchester Oxford Road Corridor area: starting with 500 businesses + 1,000 residential users

• City Net Digital Hub: connecting key sites via the Metrolink tram network

• City Region Met-Net: linking key sites using transport corridors, inc. Metrolink, waterways, cycleways, old rail lines plus new networks

• Multi-stakeholder SPV – a ‘digital cooperative’ based on global best practice – e.g. US National Telecoms Coop Assoc. (NTCA)
