USE APPLICATION

SERITAL PT is a polyurethane coating made with aliphatic hydrocarbonisocyanate. Mono-component and transparent, it is used as a topcoat on

floor paints and industrial structures of bridges subjected to UV.

SERITAL PT can be applied on SERITAL epoxy coatings or polyurethane

products.

SERITAL PT has a very good resistance to attack by oils and lubricants.

SERITAL PT is applied without primer either by spraying or with a roller. SERITAL

PT may optionally be diluted by addition of 2.5% solvent.

The application is performed using nozzles from 0.015 to 0.017 inches and a

pressure of 180 bar minimum.Indicative consumption is 40 g/m

2 for a thickness of 20 . A minimum of 16h

must be maintained between layers.The equipment must be cleaned before the product cures, using. Once hardenedSERITAL PT can only be removed mechanically.
