Graph is a solution-based wall surface system that offers designers

and architects a range of options for applying materials to interior

walls. With a broad range of finishes to fit any budget or design

aesthetic, Graph Wall Surface System is a platform with simple

configurations allowing limitless possibilities.

Graph encompasses two components: an aluminum framework

pre-engineered to your specific design—available in four standard

options—and customizable surface panels in a variety of finishes

and sizes. Anchor the pre-engineered platform grid to new or

existing drywall, block, plaster or concrete and then snap the

panels into place. The panels are secured into position using simple

clips and can be easily removed or replaced to refresh the design in

the future.

Graph is a solution-based design platform (patent pending) that

incorporates an unlimited range of vertical surface finishes into a

pre-engineered platform grid system. This flexible grid is anchored

to new or existing drywall, block, plaster or concrete, then factory-

fabricated panels are easily attached. Graph offers a holistic,

coordinated application.

Graph is ideal for commercial and institutional interiors including

lobbies and public spaces in corporate, retail, airport and other

facilities.

The range of materials for finishes, textures and patterns is limited

only by the designer’s imagination: metals, glass, laminates

and transparent resins; digital lithography for photomurals or

application-specific art.

A key advantage for designers is that very little drawing is

required: simply specify Graph, establish key grid dimensions and

CHOICE OF CONFIGURATIONSCustom shapes or confi gurations are available.

EASY INSTALLATIONFry Reglet erection systems permit fast, accurate and solid installation

of column covers.

On Series KS, E and FF type covers, the contractor provides standard

drywall studs for internal support. Factory supplied studs are optional

for these systems. On Series B and R type covers, special extruded

aluminum posts are provided to suit the type of vertical joint desired.

Alignment templates are provided to facilitate accurate location of the

posts or studs. Two studs are needed for sizes up to 36”, additional

studs must be used for larger diameters.

Regardless of the column system used, our designs provide proven

and secure erection of the column cover. These systems ensure that

any column type will install rapidly and securely.

BEING SMARTJust what does it mean to be Smart?

Any Fry Reglet column cover can be a SmartColumn and do more than just conceal a steel beam sprayed for fi re protection. SmartColumns

are vertical raceways for services: power, data, lighting, security and signage. They integrate building services to work harder and smarter for

designers and users.

Backlit reveal with puck system for hooking into lighting, signage, mechanical, power/data and other services.

Back lit reveal and signage built into the column/framing system. Signage plate can be switched out and can be made of metal with cut letter (shown), glass, or other sign applications.

USAGEPatented Fry Reglet Column Collar provides a functional, attractive

trim creating a reveal at column/ceiling joint. PVC spacer insures

an attractive appearance and no light leaks. Fabricated to fit

specific column sizes. Tightens in place with a turnbuckle and

stainless steel metal band. Available with white or dark bronze

PVC spacer. Finish is clear anodized, painted or finished with a

chemical conversion coating for field painting.

Fry Reglet Light Coves and Ceiling Reflectors combine to offer an easy and effective way to provide indirect lighting at room perimeters or

corridor walls. .090" aluminum, prime painted, these shapes mechanically attach to light support brackets and to walls, ceilings or soffits.

Tapered and punched edges permit taped and spackled finishes. Factory assembled corners with 18" legs are available. Light coves may be

BEAUTIFUL, FUNCTIONAL & COST-EFFECTIVE

Fry Reglet’s metal panel systems are designed to meet the

challenge of today’s aesthetic opportunities with high abuse

performance. Appropriate for use on virtually any type of new

or retrofi t construction, metal panels will resist damage from cart

traffi c, deliveries and everyday wear and tear. Because the panels

are accessible, they can be repaired or replaced quickly and easily.

There are three metal panel systems to select from: the Key Slot

System, the “ZEE” Clip System and the Spring Clip System giving

you the optimum in design freedom while still maintaining your

budget.

Each system is custom designed from your specifi c project to form

a facade concealing structural and mechanical elements. Panels

can be coordinated to mix or match our complete line of column

enclosures. All three systems offer unique approaches in dealing

with virtually any design problem.

MATERIAL SELECTION

The base material selection for all three systems is virtually limitless.

Materials include Stainless steel in 14 and 16 gage,

aluminum panels in Type 3003 H14 and 5005 H34 alloys.

Brass sheets are available in C280 Muntz metal and C220

Commercial Bronze.

Galvanized steel panels can be primed, powder painted, or enam-

eled in one of our standard colors or a custom color selected by

the architect.

Fry Reglet Enamel, applied over chemical conversion coating and

primer, provides durability and beauty for most interior and

exterior applications. This finish is provided as the standard Fry

Reglet paint finish.

This factory applied, baked-on finish is available at standard lead

times in the colors shown and in custom colors to match swatches

provided.

SPECIFICATION

ENAMEL SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: All surfaces to receive enamel shall be pre-treated and primed in

strict accordance with paint manufacturer’s instructions.

Finish shall meet or exceed AAMA 605.2 specification “Voluntary

Specification for High Performance Organic Coatings of

Architectural Extrusions and Panels.” Nominal dry film thickness

shall be .30 mil for primer and 1.0 mil for finish coat(s).

KYNAR® PREMIUM FINISH

The industry standard for over 25 years, Fry Reglet Kynar®

coatings provide superior resistance to chalking and ultraviolet

deterioration. Kynar® finishes are highly resistant to chemicals,

salt spray and industrial pollutants. This premium finish is

recommended for moldings to be used on exteriors in harsh

environments or in coastal areas where salt air is common.

Available in the two standard colors shown below or, on special

order, in custom colors.

primer. Coatings shall receive a bake cycle of 17 minutes at 450°F.
