The information gathered form results which build a diagnostic report for presentation to you. The report offers a range of solutions to each identified weakness – Action Steps.

This product provides a start to finish solution, identifying areas in any SME that need improvement.

It suggests the steps necessary to improve them, and develops a project plan to implement the actions.

What the Diagnostic looks like

The result is a structured, step-by-step strategic and operational project plan that outlines what needs to be done, when it will happen, and who is responsible for each action step.

To ensure you stay on track, our ongoing monitoring and implementation services include developing and monitoring a project work plan. This will allow you to drive the implementation of the plans to ensure the benefits are realised.
