Ingredients

3 firm medium bananas, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 48 slices) 1/2 cup Peter Pan Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter 10 ounces high-quality dark chocolate (70% or higher cacao), chopped

Sea salt Freeze-dried berries Hemp seeds Chopped nuts

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Take one slice of banana, top with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter, top with another slice of banana and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining banana slices. Freeze 2 hours to overnight.

3. In a glass bowl set over pot of boiling water, place chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.

4. Using a fork, dip frozen banana bites in chocolate to coat, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Return to baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, berries, hemp seeds, and/or chopped nuts. Repeat with remaining banana bites and place in to freezer. Once chocolate is set, transfer to airtight storage container and store in the freezer until ready to eat.
