Vapormatic proudly introduces a comprehensive range of front linkage systems with lift capacities between 800kg and 5000kg and front PTO systems able to transmit up to 220hp.

Front linkage and power take off contribute towards an increase in productivity by allowing one trip transport, greater working width, easier, safer and quicker attachment and detachment of front weights, greater visibility with the added benefit of reducing driver fatigue. Covering 17 manufacturers and supporting over 210 tractor models, these high quality CE and ISO certified units have been developed in partnership with our experienced OEM manufacturer to provide a genuine all makes solution

Front PTO System

Vapormatic offers a complete Front PTO solution or the option to upgrade at a later date. The Aries front PTO system delivers power to the highest standard, where you need it. All Aries PTO systems feature an automatic mechanical brake, which also allows free rotation of the shaft for quick engagement, proportional electronic control allowing gradual engagement and either an integrated oil immersed multi disc clutch or compact external dry clutch. All Front PTO units are model specific and are supplied with fitting kits and have a simple push button engagement. There is no need to connect to the tractors hydraulic system. Aries front PTO systems are a great choice.

Long life, high quality surface finishing A cataphoric painting system, similar to that used within the automotive sector, guarantees a high quality finish with a resistance to rust three times greater than the industry standard.

Double acting rams & selector valve

Double acting rams provide power and control. Each hydraulic kit is supplied with hoses and a high quality selector valve that allows the operator to isolate the linkage or operate as single or double acting de-pendent on task.

Aries FE

Compact external dry clutch unit makes this system ideal for smaller tractors with a power rating less than 110hp. Available with 6 or 21 splines

Aries 1100

Multi disc oil immersed clutch, with fully integrated pump and supply makes this an ideal unit for medium sized tractors with a power rating of up to 120hp. Available with 6 or 21 splines

Aries 220 HP

Multi disc oil immersed clutch, with fully integrated pump and supply makes this an ideal unit for large tractors with a power rating of up to 220hp. Available in 6 or 21 spline and counter clock wise or clock wise rotation
