FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

I would like to welcome you to a very special inaugural newsletter

edition celebrating Tenaz Solutions launch and reflect on the

journey of the last 22 yrs in the construction industry.

This reflection has determined that there is a third certainty in life,

that being Change. The Construction industry being reliant on all

levels of the economy – whether you call it micro/macro or local/

national/international, businesses need to be innovative, flexible and

nimble to survive. The boom and bust (4yrs) is an ever increasing

cyclic, and operating models must resist the temptation to become

less efficient during the boom times to minimise risk and loss in a

changing environment.

Nimble; recognising early opportunities, Innovation; gaining

competitive advantage, Solutions; focused on results, are attributes

that industry reward and Tenaz Solutions can support your

businesses to deliver both opportunistic and sustainable solutions.

My sincerest thanks to all in the industry for their support over the

last 22 yrs and I look forward to working with you in the future and

assure you the best of our service.
