In Getafe, an old covered market

bui lt at the beginning of 20th

    century, deserted and semi-ruined

for years, was located in the

heart of the city of typical pre-

    war style. A-cero, an architect

    company known for its works

    for star residences, took charge

    of its renovation. They smartly

changed the broken red-brick wal l

into a shining piano keyboard. The

market is converted into a cit izen

    cultural center with a strong

sense of futurism, which wi l l br ing

the vital ity back to this old city

    center.
