Thanks Melissa, but unfortunately that won't work. We need the comments recorded individually.
We will need to set up multiple servers to feed the API simultaneously to meet the delivery needs of ourolients. Do your foresee any problems with that approach. I don't want to creat any technical problems for you.
Thanks again, I appreciate your help.

Hi,
Thanks for this information. I assume that is per IP address?
I appreciate your flexibility with the csv file option. How can I confirm that is possible? I am looking todeliver about 250,000 comments per day, I would need to ensure that each comment is recordedindividually (not in bulk). Can you confirm that as well?

We have a limit of 1500 API requests /Hour. Additionally, we can also look into CSV data load tofacilitate high volume comment filings.

Hi,
Any advice on:
-> Where can I find the API limitations? Web form limitations?
Or would you prefer to receive a csv file that you can upload directly in to your system?

Thanks for the fast response. The docket will be on internet privacy, it is not yet published. We believe it willbe published later this month (do you know?).
Our system is currently designed to submit comments through the web formson regulations.gov (regulations.gov does not have anAPI to submit comments), however we just noticed thatFCC has an API that is capable of submitting comments (nicely done!). So we are evaluating if we can changeour system quickly.
I don't know the specific day we would plan to submit, but I know it will be a lot of submissions over severalor many days.
