The family-run company Kirchhoff & Lehr is one of the most cutting-edge producers of cold-rolled sections in Europe. The company was founded in 1901 and produced its first sections as early as 1928.When the GDR became history in 1989, the company, which had been nationalised in the meantime, was reprivatised. In 1991, Tillmann Group took a share in the company.Following numerous expansions, production is carried out utilising eight modern roll-forming lines today.

The desired product specifications are processed using CAD and optimised for roll-forming technology in our in-house construction department. The entire tool construction is carried out utilising up-to-date and compatible CAD software. Even urgent and complex demands can be met efficiently at any time due to Kirchhoff & Lehr’s own tool shop.

Kirchhoff & Lehr processes the following dimensions

• material thicknesses: 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm

• strip widths: 10 mm to 700 mm

• section heights: up to 140 mm

• section lengths: 50 mm to 25.000 mm

Eight roll-forming machines and a number of further processing systems allow our manufacturing department to react swiftly to customer demands and needs. Our own cutting-edge tool shop is an important factor in ensuring that customer demands are met promptly. Through three-shift production our capabilities are further strengthened.
