Brambleton Bettas Swim Team – Registration for returning Betta families is currently open. Registration for all Brambleton families opens at 6:00 AM on Sunday, April 1, 2012. Please visit the website for more information and registration: www.brambletonswimteam.com Playing By The Rules – Association staff will begin proactive, community-wide inspections next week for necessary grounds maintenance including; mowing, trimming and edging; weed control; landscape bed maintenance; pruning and removal/replacement of dead trees and shrubs. Notice will be provided to properties which require attention and ongoing follow up inspections will be performed. Please contact the Association at [email protected] with questions or to report concerns. Spring Eggstravaganza – Exclusively for Brambleton Residents, join us at the Community Center on Saturday, April 7 th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and take your picture with the Easter Bunny. Enjoy a petting zoo, moon bounces, crafts and of course a traditional Egg Hunt. The first egg hunt will be at 10:15 a.m. for infants-3 year olds; the second egg hunt will be at 10:45 a.m. for 4-6 year olds. This event is free for Brambleton Residents. Don't forget to bring your egg-collecting basket! Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt DATE CHANGE – Brambleton Residents are invited to Legacy Park on Saturday, April 7 th (moved from Friday 4/6) for a Flashlight Egg Hunt. Bring your flashlight and egg-collecting basket and meet at the tennis courts. Flashlights will be given out while supplies last. The hunt begins promptly at 8:30 p.m., and some of the eggs will be filled with very special prizes! Due to the dark conditions and uneven terrain at Legacy Park, this hunt is recommended for children ages 7 -12 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Younger children are invited to join in the egg hunting fun at the Easter Extravaganza on Saturday morning. There's Still Time to Register for the Brambleton Ribbon Run using coupon code: "BRR2012". Trash Removal – The two condominium Boards would like to thank all of the homeowners that provided feedback regarding the potential change in trash vendors and the Recycle Bank Program. The Board of Directors for both communities has reviewed all of the feedback and the Association will not be changing trash vendors at this time.

TALK OF THE TOWN CENTER Nick's Corner Grill – Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 31st! Nick's will be hosting a Spring Break fundraiser for local Stage IV cancer victim, Malea Kanoho, as she continues the fight. Island Tyme will be playing live music from 9:00 p.m. until close. We will have 50/50 raffles, retail items for purchase, and specialty beverages all to raise money for this incredible local mom.

Reaching 4 Autism Miracles-Casino Night! – Please join Reaching 4 Autism Miracles (R4AM) for their 3rd Annual Fundraiser on Saturday, April 21st from 7-10pm at The Brambleton Welcome Center. Their Casino Night Event will help raise Grant money for families affected by autism. COUNTY CORNER Loudoun County Green Home Program – The Loudoun County Department of Construction and Waste Management will be hosting neighborhood meetings on the Loudoun County Green Home Program. This program is an education and outreach campaign geared towards building residential community participation in community-based sustainability efforts and energy efficient practices. The program provides Loudoun County residents with tools to improve energy efficiency in their homes. Attached is a flyer with the dates and locations for these meetings. Most of these meetings will occur in your area next week. Please consider sending this flyer out to your residents. The first 10 participants at each event will receive a free LED light bulb.
