CATALOG: Bring this catalog with you the night of

the sale! All winning items may be taken the night of

the sale or picked up Saturday, April 28 between

8AM-12PM. Items must be removed by this time

unless other arrangements have been made.

CHILDCARE: This service is provided by the High

School Cheerleaders for children 2nd grade and under.

Please drop off and pick up your children in the Multi-

purpose room (located behind the gym). Childcare is

open from 6:00PM until close of sale. Cost is free-will

donation. Fun activities and snacks will be provided

for your children. GIFT CERTIFICATE WALL: Be sure to check out

this wall located against the bleachers. Don’t miss out

on purchasing a gift card or service certificate

generously donated by area businesses and families.

2. A signature or oral bid constitutes a legal contract to

purchase.

3. Items MUST be removed by Saturday, April 28, 2018

unless other arrangements have been made.

4. Values appearing in the catalog have been set by the donor.

Central Valley Christian Schools has endeavored to

catalog and describe property correctly, but all property is

sold “as is” and CVC neither warrants nor represents and

shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of

description, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or

condition of the property. No statement contained in the

catalog or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be

deemed to be such warranty, representation or assumption

of liability for tax purposes or for general value. However,

we are required to remind you that only the excess of the

price you pay for the auctioned item or service over its fair

value is deductible for income tax purposes as a charitable
