Organization and coordination of special performances and exhibitions from outside CERN: Residential Artists Show, Laser Projections, 50 Nobels… includes dedicated fundraising of these activities

9. LHC UNDERGROUND VISITS
Organization and coordination of the vists and surface activities of the 8 LHC IPs (within reasonable limits at 3 & 7)

Organization and coordination of a programme of presentations, explanations, lectures, films and special guest participation (some of which overlapping with Nuit des Origines, such as Peter Higgs, Brian Cox, Stephen Hawkings, ISS crew…)

Supply and management of the extra AV equipment needed over the entire period 28-30 Sept.

Organization of the Industry day programme, industry guests welcome (before and during event) and partnerships coordination

Design and implement dedicated events’ logo, website look and feel for the 3 events, publicity material and objects to be merchandised a the central and satellite shops (28-29 Sept.). Includes dedicated webmaster

Communication of the events to the press and target audience; media partnerships
15. Locals’ relations & publicityEstablish and coordinate partnerships with the LHC communes and implement a local communication plan to promote the event and manage the participation of the locals

Coordination of the 3 CERN restaurants for the organization of refreshment points around all the itineraries; Organization of refreshment stands on Bosons&more day
