Pricing
• Estimated Sales Price: 8 TL• Price on sales Day: 5 TL
• We had to lower the price because the cup sizes were not as big as we wanted. 8 lira’s would be too expensive for a small cup of fresh juice.
Marketing
• There were no promotions.• We prepared banners and small cards to attract customers.

Successes & Failures
• We were successful in creating a hygienic and organic environment. We were also good at advertisements with hand made posters and mini cards.
• We were a little unsuccessful during the juice making process. It was more difficult than we imagined. (ex. Cutting the fruits)
Problems & Resolutions
• We had problems with buying the products from a “manav”. We searched for the cheapest way to buy the products but we decided on buying them from Migros.
• We also couldn’t make the juice of the orange because it was difficult to peel but then we managed.
Overall Evaluation
• Overall, we couldn’t reach the profit we estimated. We needed to arrange the price better
• We had difficult time making the juice. We should’ve tested it before.
• It was very hard to attract customers.
• However, we managed to spend as much as our budget.
• We were clean and had the visual display that we wanted.
• The marketing side was successful.
