My very wonderful friend, Marge Rock, once told me that I could no longer be a victim,that I could no longer blame my life on anyone else. She explained that once we becomeadults, it is our own responsibility to free ourselves of the stories of our past in order tomove towards inner freedom. At the time I was throwing myself a real pity party and shedid not want an invitation!

As I continue to do this work, I find myself becoming less and less tolerant of those whowish to stay in the throes of their misery. This is not to say that I don't have compassionfor their journeys or the suffering that they have incurred. But if we dwell on the suffering,if we dwell on the blame, if we continue to sit in the quagmire of our past, we will neverfind the joy of life.

There comes a time, if we truly desire happiness, that we must stop indicting those wefeel have harmed us or prevented us from experiencing the wholeness of life. Weabsolutely CANNOT make a shift unless we are willing to let go of vilifying others for howour lives turned out. You and I are very capable of making the necessary changes whichwill lead to inner freedom and fulfillment.

We have a plethora of resources available to us to assist us in this process. I stronglyencourage finding a qualified counselor who can assist you through the process. Thereare wonderful books available - The Undefended Self, The Four Agreements, Seat ofthe Soul and Anatomy of the Spirit - just to name a few. Find an energy healer who iscapable of directing you into yourself (not telling you what THEY see, hear or feel) andallowing you to discover your own answers.

Learn forgiveness! The best definition I have heard for forgiveness is "Letting go ofhope for a better yesterday!". My belief is that we come into this lifetime with theparents, families and friends of our choice. How can we continue to blame them whenwe chose them to help us with our lessons?

Take classes with teachers who have experience in this arena. Find a group of likeminded people who have the desire to change. Find a spiritual advisor who can keepyou on task. You don't have to do this alone - you have many resources.

It's time for all of us to make self examination a daily dedication. Don't like your life?

Change it! Is it easy? Probably not or else everyone would be doing it. But therewards will far outweigh the risks. This is my fervent wish for everyone - find joy inyour life! Let's live a life of celebration - it's not too late to start!______________________________________________________________________

If you have a comfortable knowledge of the basics of astrology (the planets, signs, houses

and aspects) and would like some experience in chart interpretation and the planetarytransits to the chart, then sign up for this class. We'll be looking at a natal chart in deptheach week along with the significant transits. You'll have a chance to submit your own

chart or that of a willing friend or family member. This is an interactive class, wherequestions and feedback are welcome. This is your chance to learn how all those generalbeginning astrology concepts apply to you and those you love. Please make birth data

available and a natal chart will be provided.

houses then you're ready for the next step. This class teaches you to recognize andunderstand the planetary aspects (how planets relate to each other) and planetary transits

(how the planets out there in the heavens affect your natal chart.) If you've beenwondering what the planets are doing in your life, then this is the class for you!
