POM-POM GARLAND1 Cut a length of Cyan Shimmer to 1m long. Cut two more pieces to 30cm and three pieces to 40cm. Tie the five shorter lengths to the 1m length, alternating lengths evenly so they hang vertically2 You will need at least 35 winds on each side of smaller pom-pom maker and 50 winds on larger. Close arms of pom-pom maker, use sharp scissors to clip yarn between two halves and tie a double length of yarn tightly around the centre. Remove pom-pom maker, fluff the ball and clip ends to neaten. Do not clip ends of securing yarn
