Recovery Day is... A national public movement that celebrates individual communities recovering from addiction
and mental health issues
A place where service providers, people with lived and living experience, their families come together to celebrate their recovery achievements
A place where people who are looking for services for themselves or loved ones can meet service providers
A place for all ages to come and enjoy good music, great food, be entertained all while hearing the messages of healthy living.
Why Partner With Us for $3,000... Each year our festival almost doubles, from the beginnings in 2012 with 20 vendors and less
than 1,000 attendees, our volunteer team is committed to ensuring your branding and participation is seen by thousands
Over 10,000 Canadians have passed away from overdoses in the past three years, that doesn’t include alcohol-related or nicotine related deaths, we are in a health crisis, you will be supporting the promotion of healthy life choices
For every $1 spent on recovery, the Canadian economy saves $7 in addiction-related health care costs
You will receive the most branding traction for each $1 spent than any other festival in BC.

Sponsor and Vendor Application and Set up Details
Vendor Space
Vendors will be assigned a 10 x 10 space, two folding chairs and a 10x10 tent are provided.
Vendor Set Up
Set up September 7, 2019 at 9 am. Set-up completion must be completed by 11:00 am.
Tear Down
Vendors are required to remain until the festival ending; NO EXCEPTIONS Festival site tear
down cannot commence sooner than 5 pm on September 7th, 2019.
Vendor spaces must be returned to their original condition. $200 fine for left over garbage
This includes the removal of any garbage and recycling used in your displays.
Each Vendor must check out with on-site event staff located at the Recovery Day Info booth to ensure the safe return of all equipment & cleanliness of the site itself.
No broadcasting will be allowed on any booth site
No electricity is provided for festival vendor sites. No gas powered generators allowed, except approved Food Trucks
No vehicles are permitted on-site for tear down until 6 pm. BRING CARTS
Payment Options
Accepted method of payment is via cheque. Receipts are available upon request.
Cheques are to be made payable to Recovery Day Vancouver Society
Payments MUST be received with your application paperwork
This event has a breakeven budget, no staff salaries and runs fully by volunteers
Refund Policy
Your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of your reasons for cancelling
Neither illness nor weather conditions constitute acceptable reasons for cancellation

Recovery Day BC is a nonprofit society, fully run by volunteers; there is no paid staff.
