=678 0\ $a Fee graduated Mansfield University of Pennsylvania cum laude in 1994, where he concentrated in Radical Literature, Creative Writing. He also completed 43 of 60 program credits in Theatre Management B.A. prior to his change of major, and was a member of the Committee on Academic Freedom, the International Student Union, the Flashlight staff, and was editor of Reseris vox, an underground newspaper, from 1993-1994. Fee began at the State Library of Pennsylvania approximately 1.5 years after his graduation from Mansfield. As of Oct. 12, 2010, Fee lives in Lykens, Pennsylvania with his wife and 3 children.
