Research suggests that 4 in 10 people infected with COVID-19 may be asymptomatic.
The right testing program is critical for identifyingasymptomatic individuals – it safeguards against falsenegatives and reduces the risk of unconscious viral spread.
Developed in partnership with medical providers NorthwellHealth and Ambulnz, Testing WorxWell is a non-invasive,highly accurate, COVID-19 PCR testing program that isuniquely designed to create peace of mind for employeesreturning to their office spaces.

One of New York's largest commercial landlords operating more than 25 millionsquare feet of real estate.
RXR's Digital Lab is comprised of a 25-person team of experienced datascientists, engineers, and product managers. RXR’s Digital Lab develops state-of-
the-art technology, cutting-edge data capabilities, and pioneering strategicpartnerships with the following medical providers to better serve the changing
ways we live, work, play and stay in urban environments:
Northwell is working with RXR to develop a data-driven testing algorithm, customizing thefrequency of testing based on a variety of community, building, and behavior factors. On
the backend, Northwell also provides “wraparound services,” with an integratedtelemedicine solution offered to any individual who tests positive for COVID-19.
Ambulnz is working with RXR on logistics: procuring the tests, staffing the wellnesscenters, transporting the samples, liaising with the laboratories and delivering test results.

Accuracy Through Best-in-Class Technology, Underpinned byWorld-Leading Clinical Guidance and Lab Technicians
On the clinical side, we partnered with Northwell Health, the largesthealth-care provider in New York, which spent three months with usidentifying the precise test methodology to be used (mid-turbinate RT-PCR).On the lab side, we partnered with Rapid Reliable Testing, which hasperformed 500,000+ tests across 26 states to date (and is the preferredpartner for nursing homes across New York and New Jersey), and whichhad preexisting relationships with all of the major labs across the country.RRT not only provided upfront vetting of the labs we considered, but alsoaggressively monitors SLAs to ensure that even name-brand laboratoriesactually perform at accurate levels.
The biggest missteps with COVID-19 testing has been using less-accurate methods (e.g., antigen tests, which were recently discontinued inNevada nursing homes after generating 60% false-positive rates). This often isunderpinned by lack of clinical expertise or usage of less-reputable,overworked laboratories.
The adoption of inaccurate COVID-19 tests, driven by lack of expertise, underpins the credibility of the entire testing regime. Without tests that areknown to be accurate, both employees and employers will continue to fearasymptomatic individuals.
Rather than trying to separate science from snake oil, we turned to twomedical and healthcare partners:
Pooled testing: Rather than testing each person individually, we “pool”samples to batch process multiple tests at once.
Data-driven testing: We vary both the frequency of the test and the sizeof the pool dynamically, using data we already collect from our buildingsand tenants, combined with epidemiological data from Northwell.
On average, our solution is 50-65% lower than market comparisons.
The likelihood of contracting COVID-19 varies widely by individual—based on the communities in which they live and work, how safe their buildingsare, how well their peers adhere to mask compliance and social distancing, and their level of antibodies.
Because of this, most clinical rules for testing are overly broad—eitherconservatively testing more frequently than needed (increasing spend) oraggressively testing less frequently than needed (putting some members ofthe population at outsized risk). Furthermore, these rules are static—if theinfection level in New York declines, so too should the frequency of testing.
Based on input from our medical partners, we built a unique clinical anddata-driven approach that is responsive both to changes in the environmentand advances in scientific understanding of COVID-19:
Affordability Through Pooled, Data-Driven, and Dynamic Testing Protocols
Onsite: “Pop-up clinics” are onsite, generally in empty conference rooms.
Employee Reporting: Both test results and notification of a new testrequired (in sync with dynamic pricing) are delivered through the app.
Employer Surveillance: Results are simultaneously delivered to theappropriate HR contact to ensure population monitoring (with optionalreporting with the app).
Compliance: If the employer opts in, test results can be tied to the BuildingAccess Pass, excluding any employee with a positive test from the building.
Wraparound Care: Through our partnership with Northwell, any employeewith a positive test result will be given a free, on-the-spot virtual consultationwith a licensed Northwell health care professional.
Many solutions require employees to leave work and go to a testingcenter, often at inconvenient locations or with long wait times.
Because of this, many employees will either simply not get tested - even iftesting is available at no cost - or will lose a meaningful part of their work day, decreasing productivity.
Our solution increases convenience using our existing “phygital”presence and relationships.
Convenience Through On-Site Clinic and Integrated Scheduling
Supply Chain: As a subsidiary of Ambulnz, a top 5 ambulanceoperator in the U.S., RRT has an existing network of logistics, allowing for efficient collection.
Lab Relationships: As one of the largest test providers, RRT hasSLAs with over a dozen major, credible labs (e.g., BioReference,Mako Medical) - so that if one lab backs up, another lab can easilybe switched in.
Most providers struggle with turnaround times, driven both by thecomplexity of transporting samples and by long lab lag times.
Because of this, there is a meaningful delay in receiving critical, actionable insights. Test results are not received in a timely manner tokeep employees safe and to provide employers with the insights theyneed to make informed decisions.
Our solution offers faster-than-average turnaround times throughour RRT medical logistics relationship:
