Madam President’s Report Auxiliary Meetings are the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the Month

Dear Sisters and Brothers, The holidays are over and everyone at #3996 is getting back into the swing of things; meetings, planning committees, volunteer-ing, or just having fun, there are lots of things keeping us busy. I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the JOE'S spaghetti dinner fund-raiser in honor of Chris Brown. They donated the proceeds to our State Wor-thy President's charity for the “Awareness & Prevention of Suicide”, and your donation just may have helped save a life.

This month our Friday fish fries are available again. We could use some help with prepping, serving or clean-up, so give us a shout out if you can lend a hand. And don’t forget about

our Valentine's Day party on the 14th. We'll have live entertainment by the Tequila Mockingbirds and our Eagle Riders will be doing a steak cookout. Grab your favorite sweethearts and join us for a fun evening. For more information about these

Fellow Eagles, It’s time to get working on the New Year. I have several priorities for the rest of the up-coming year. I am still looking for an entertain-ment Chairperson, an Auditor for the Aeries, and I am also looking for 3 Aeries and 3 Auxiliary members to work on the Zone Conference Committee. These positions all re-quire a lot of time and dedication. The District Meeting for February is on Feb. 9th at Huron Valley FOE #3732. I am looking for someone to Chair our summer fundraiser for our club. Remember that May is just around the corner which means nomination and election of offic-ers will be taking place. Remember that ALL

OFFICE positions are up for election, except for those that have a term of more than one year (Jeff Gueli Secretary (2 years), Paula Pence Treasurer (2 years), Walt Rochowiak (3 year

Trustees) & Tim Ogger (2 year Trus-tee). The offices that are up for nomi-nations are: President, Vice President, there are three one year Trustees, In-side Guard, Outside Guard, Chaplain, Conductor. Nomination of officers will take place on Wed. May 6th, and election of officers (If needed) will take place on Wed. May 20th. So let’s hit the ground running and make this

EAGLE RIDERS 3996 NEWS

Several things of interest and

the first is to invite all to the Febru-

ary 14 Valentines Day dinner at

the 3996 Aerie's. Steak Dinner with

potatoes, salad and more. Prepaid by

your Eagle Riders and that creates

the verisimilitude of a fine Steak

House with Noah Caincross as the master

chef. Dinner to start at approximately 5:00

PM. There will be entertainment after dinner.

The Ladies Aux is putting on the dinner but the

Eagle Riders are donating the steaks and pota-

toes.

A note of interest, among the many

donations the Eagle Riders made in

2019 include a $1,000.00 to the Aer-

ies and $500.00 to the Auxiliary; I

mention this for those who do not

always get the message.

Sunday - 12 oz. drafts are $1.00, well drinks are $2.00

Monday - Canned Beer is $2.00 12pm - 7 pm

Tuesday - all drinks $0.50 off & Taco Tuesday ($1 Soft and Hard Taco’s) Wednesday - Wine Down Wednesday—wine is $.50 off all day

Thursday—Thirsty Thursday—$0.25 off mixed drinks & Ladies Night $.75 off drinks

Saturday - $1.00 Schnapps all day
