FRANK J. SPARZO

Frank J. Sparzo is professor of psychology in educational psychol- ogy at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He received his Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University in 1971. F'rior to coming to Ball State University, he was an instructor in psychology and dean of students. Sparzo also directed Ball State University's Office of University Evaluations.

Sparzo is co-author of Classroom Behavior: Detecting and Cor- recting Special Problems (Allyn and Bacon, 1989) and the author of fastback 221 Changing Behavior: A Practical Guide for Teachers and Parents. He has been a consultant to school districts, is involved in community service projects, and conducts workshops in applied psy- chology for teachers and parents.
