• The change of the model of labor relations. Two elements: 1.- The state framework of labor relations systems *Labor regulation, a weak balance in the EU *Abandoning of sovereignty and the political

emptiness is taken for “economic reality” 2.- The weakening of the neocorporatism as political

practice: Spain, Portugal, Greece… Troika…

• The end of the socio democratic pact • New phase with an involution character • Weight loss of labor law, is parallel to the decrease of the

“political role” of trade unions, and to the decline of this sociopolitical phenomenon for resolution of laboral conflict, that we call “neocorporatism”.

• A spanish point of view: – The Royal Decree-Law 10/2010, of urgent measures to reform

the employment market (PSOE - goverment) – The Royal Decree-Law 3/2012, of 10 february, of urgent

measures for labour market reform (PP- goverment) • The unilateral decision of the employer, Vs the collective
