Grasshopper Soccer is about promoting an environment of active fun without the pressure and

stress of competition.

At Grasshopper Soccer we still play matches, however our focus is not on the score or who won

or lost - but team play, that is… having fun and gaining confidence. This has a positive effect on

parents and children and is what sets Grasshopper Soccer apart from other soccer programs

in Australia and New Zealand. A major component of a Grasshopper Soccer program is the

interaction between parents and children as well as the enhancement of general motor skills,

coordination and confidence of all participants. Our fun, unique and non-competitive soccer

programs provide a pathway of development for children aged 2 to 12.

Our Philosophy

With proper guidance, Grasshopper Soccer believes that you can use its soccer programs as

a medium to teach children the basic principles of life such as fairness, sportsmanship and

teamwork.

Our programs are fun and high in participation, no child is without a ball or sitting on the side

waiting for a turn. The games we play generally have a story behind them and are told in an

animated way by the coaches creating an environment of fun and excitement.

Children are actively supported by their parents, coaches and peers. In our younger

classes parents are actively involved by helping and guiding their child. Parents

support their child in a positive and encouraging manner. Parents involved in

our programs understand that unsportsmanlike conduct and/or put-down of

children is unacceptable behaviour.

Something that is very important to us at Grasshopper Soccer is ensuring the right

level of support is provided to our Franchisees. To achieve this, all Franchisees are

provided with a four-day induction program.

The Franchise Training Program is designed to make sure you are ready to hit the

ground running with your business and is run over 4 days at Grasshopper Soccer

head office in Perth.

Both theory and practical training will be provided so Franchisees will be given the

confidence & skills to run their own very successful Grasshopper Soccer franchise

right away. This includes, but is not limited to:

documentation, an Approval to Purchase interview is conducted with you and Blake Brinklow to discuss your paperwork. This

meeting can only take place once you have completed steps 1-4 and

to find out a little more about you,

and answer any questions you may

have. If the time of our call does
