In the course of his duties, Mr. Rosselot has conducted extensive reviews and in-depth financial analysis of franchisees’ P&L’s and operations, from single-unit operators to 100+ unit operators. Collaborating with the Shoney’s franchisor, landlords, the GA State Revenue Dept. and suppliers for 18 months, Mr. Rosselot was appointed to take control of 42 Shoney’s units, with 800 employees, in Atlanta, GA to stabilize, improve, and sell the operations. Working with the Rallys franchisor, Mr. Rosselot took control of 40 Rallys units, with 700 employees, in Detroit, MI. He reopened all 40 units within 3 days after the franchisee closed them. He arranged to pay all the employees’ back wages, and returned the operations to profitability. Mr. Rosselot is experienced and successful in collaborating with interested stakeholders, franchisees, franchisors and suppliers, and utilizes his experience in unit-level and corporate-level economics to preserve, protect and improve franchise values. ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Extensive knowledge of franchise operations and agreements; gathering information, and conducting site inspections.
