Please present yourself in the Training Reception at 8:00 AM with your passport and registration documents
For practical training, please make sure you have the appropriate clothes. For technician courses only: Individual safety shoes and helmet will be given on the first day. All computers have to be declared on site.
On your first day
Registration
Visa proceduresOutside the European Union, trainees shall check whether or not a Visa is required.
Trainees who need an official letter of invitation in order to obtain Visa shall request this document by email with the following information [email protected]
• Full name (as in passport) • Date of birth • Place of birth • Passport number
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Coffee breaks: ~10 AM, ~3 PM Lunch Break: ~11:30 AM Free wifi and computers are available in the welcome lounge.
Lunch is provided in our restaurant on campus, special menu is available upon request.

The following documents shall be sent 45 days before the beginning of the course.
