Amos was a shepherd and a dresser of sycamores when the Lord took him from following the flock and said to him,

God chose us in Christ to be blameless and full of love. In him we were chosen to “exist for the praise of his glory.”

Jesus sent out his disciples two by two to preach the good news. They took nothing with them. In Christ’s power
