Adjust the Bass Level control to achieve the bass

output you like. To maximize music performance, set

the control to the left half of the dial.

For heavy-bass music, set it to the right half.

For games, set it anywhere along the full range.

FPS1500has high input sensitivity,so it may amplify the hum and hissinherent in some audio programsources.

This noise is not due to a fault inthe speaker system. You can minimizethis background noise by followingthese guidelines:

Decide which volume control youwould like to use as the masterlevel control: theFPS1500

volume control or the programsources volume control.

If you choose to use theFPS1500volume control, first set theprogram sources volume controlhigh (at least 70% of themaximum level). Where there ismore than one software level

control, set all volume controlshigh. Then leave the controls. UsetheFPS1500volume control toadjust overall output.

If you choose to use the programsources volume control, first setthe program sources volumecontrol high (at least 70% of themaximum level). Then adjust theFPS1500volume control until thedistortion is inaudible. Set theFPS1500volume control aside.Use instead the program sources

volume control to adjust overalloutput.

Adjust the output control of youraudio card until the noise

disappears. This may require trialand error.
