How to Access the Indicium System

• Please note that Providers are required to complete an access request form and e-mail it to FP&MSETAAndre Els (AndreE@fpmseta.org.za).

• There is not on line registration for providers at this stage – only for SDF’s on the system

• Once the ETQA manager has confirmed your access request the Deloitte consultant will send you your username and password credentials.

Capturing Learner Details

• Complete the person details and save• You are also able to update the person

details via edit function

Capturing Learner Details

• Once the person is created on the system you can link the person as a learner.

• Only once the learner is created can learning programmes be captured and linked to the learner.

All Programme Assessments

Providers are able to view Assessor and Moderator Scope

Reports available on the system

Way Forward• Providers are requested to complete the

access form • User name and password will be mailed • Providers to attend Regional Training

Sessions and will receive a Training manual • FP&M has “super users” who will provide

support and assistance on the new Indicium system
