Membership InformationMust be enrolled at the University of Houston (all majors are welcome)
Must fill out a membership application and paid dues of $30/semester or $40/annual
Must have earned 25 points by the end of the semester. Points are earned primarily through volunteer events.
Must have participated in a minimum of 4 different volunteer events (4’s Rule).

4’s RuleMust have participated in a

Events that count as fulfilling only 1 of the required 4 if done multiple times

Cancellations must be made by emailing Jennifer at least 72 hours in advance.Cancellations after, or no-shows will incur a deduction of half the points that would have been earned at the event.
Email reminders will be sent within 24 hours before the start of the event. Please check your email and make sure you typed in the correct email in the sign-up sheet. Check response sheet to see if you typed in the correct info
Late penalty is 0.5 points.

i.) Regularly enrolled at a accredited higher education institution
OR
ii.)Graduated at an accredited higher education institution
While displaying an interest in becoming a pharmacist, and exhibit good character.
