Each Chapter is encouraged to create a Chapter Tag Coordinator who is responsible for collection of all monies and forward to State Foundation Chair (Bro. Herb Shannon) (lessen burden on KRS)

Chapter Tag Coordinator will forward All Applications to State Tag Chair (Bro. W. Turner). To Assure Check and Balance Enforced.

Brothers will be able to view our progress online at the State's Website (updated every month)

Make sure it is understood ANY BROTHER procuring the Tag may be FINANCIAL or UNFINANCIAL at the time of turning in money (although it’s been stated it, it can not be stated enough)

What is the application fee. The initial application fee is $26.00

Is there a secondary fee upon delivery of the plate? If so what is the secondary cost? ($55.00) - $35 Specialty License Plate Fee and $20 Annual License Plate Fee, plus any applicable taxes.

How many applications does the State DMV require? The State DMV requires a minimum of 1,000 applications, before the plates will be produced. How many yearly renewals will be needed to keep the plate in in circulation? The State DMV is requiring a minimum of 500 renewals yearly.

Will there be a fee in addition to the ad valorem tax that we pay if we choose to renew? Yes there will be a $25.00 Vanity Plate Fee.

Is the new design set? Yes the new design was voted on and approved by the brothers of the State of Georgia at the 2014 State of Georgia Workshop.

Will I be able to purchase multiple plates? Yes you will be able to to purchase Omega Psi Phi State of Georgia plates for as many vehicles as you have.

Will Non-Financial brothers be able to purchase plates? Yes Non- Financial brothers will be able to purchase plates.

What is the procedure for Non-Financial brothers to purchase plates? They will need to go to a KRS of a local Grad Chapter and request the application to start the process along with the initial $26.00 fee.

What’s to stop a perpetrator of the frat from purchasing the plates? BROTHERS must go through a Chapter KRS; only BROTHERS will be able to purchase a plate since an application has to come from the Chapter Tag Coordinator validated by the Chapter KRS.

When is the earliest date that I can expect to receive my tag? This is up to the Omegas of Georgia. We can start soon as we get 1,000 application on file with the initial payment of $25,000.00

ALL FUNDS will be transferred to the State Foundation and remain there until we reach ($25,000.00) upon reaching the requirement minimum we will then submit a list of Validated Names with applications to the State of Georgia DMV.

The first 100 TAGS will be special plates with special numbers to be issued at the State Representative’s DISCRETION
