Instructions: 1. Open Powerpoint 2. Choose a slide design or change the colour of the background that suites the slide on the right best. 3. In the appropriate textboxes (or if necessary you may add your own) type in the information on the right into your slide. 4. Try your best to make your slide look similar to that of the one on the right (same text sizes approximately, etc). 5. Insert a clipart image of your choice in the bottom left corner of your slide. Change the size of the image appropriately. 6. Insert a textbox in the top right corner and place in it your name. 7. Add in a new slide to your presentation. 8. Type the text found on the right into your slide. Make your heading on this slide 48 points in size. Make the bulleted list in a red font and 30 in font size. 9. Insert a shape or a line which will be placed under your heading and below your bulleted text as seen on the right slide. 10. Find a picture of a computer in clipart or from the internet and place it in the bottom right corner of the slide as shown on the right. 11. 17. Insert an image into the bottom right corner of the slide (any image of your choice).

18. Insert a textbox with your name in the bottom left corner of the slide.

You have now completed the main part of your exam. Now here are some steps we must complete:

19. Apply animations to the title textbox on slide one. Select the animation “Bounce”.20. Apply an animation of your choice to the remaining text on slide one.21. On slide two, apply any animation to the title but select an animation for the bulleted text

that will make the bullets appear one at a time.22. Add a hyperlink to the text “Planning content” so that when it is clicked it takes the user to

Google.23. Add a hyperlink to the text “Displaying text” to the next slide.24. Add a hyperlink to “Presenting” to take the slide back to the first slide.25. Select an appropriate transistion and apply it to every slide.26. Search the internet for a picture of the world’s fastest animal and place it on the last slide

BEHIND the text. Change the properties of this picture (right click => format picture) appropriately so the text in front of the image can be read clearly.

27. Make your slides look neat and presentable. Marks will be awarded for structure and for any extra features.
