The FOSTAC MAXIMUS® draws on the energy of the permanent flow of electrons in nature, which results fromthepotentialdifferencebetweentheionosphe-re and the earth. WarrantiesFOSTACTechnologiesAGoffersyouatwoyearwarrantyagainstanyfaultymaterials,faultywork-manship and production faults, resulting in malfunction during conditions of normal use.

Overandabove,FOSTACTechnologiesAGofferstherighttoreturntheproductafteraperiodoftwoyears.Ifprovablynoresultsareachieved,theunitmaybereturnedandthefullpurchasepricewillberefunded.Excludedfromthisreturnwarrantywouldbeanycostsforinstallationorremoval,andany transport costs. This warranty for return ceases after two years and three months.
