1 - Roll out paper across the Headboard or Bulkhead. 2 - Cut small V-Slits on each side. 3 - Tape paper down. Be sure to keep edge of paper even with Headboard or Bulkhead. 4 - Crease paper with finger. 5 - Follow with Pen. 6 - In order to make the mattress fol- low the outward shape of the hull you need to measure the beveled or tapered edge. 7 - Place the square on the platform where bevel begins. Draw a line at the base of the square so we know which direction you measured. 8 - Measure the distance between the square and the hull. Based on the thickness of the mattress you have chosen.Example: If you chose the 6” Latex, go up 6” on the square and measure across to the hull. 9 - Be sure to measure both sides before the 2nd row of paper. This way you don’t have to crawl on top of the pattern, and chance moving it around. 10 - Roll out 2nd layer of paper. Tape down to first layer, crease edges & follow with a pen. 11 - Roll out 3rd layer of paper. Tape down to 2nd. 12 - Crease edges into corner radius & finish with a pen. 13 - Be sure to mark hinge fold if you want a hinge. Also mark the head location & any other notes needed. If you have a difficult area to explain, attach photos.
