▫ BRAC projects:NGA, Army Lease, Community Hospital, Dental Clinic, NRMC HQ, MDA, PEO-EIS, Office of the Chief, Army Reserves , U.S. Army Legal Services Agency, WHS (Mark Center), JUIAF (Rivanna Station), Infrastructure

▫ BRAC-related projects:Emergency Services Center (FBNA), USANCA, South Post CDC, ACP upgrade

▫ New Missions:Warrior Transition (WT), National Museum of the U.S. Army, Family Travel Camp, Recreational Lodging Facility, USO

▫ DD 1391 Programmed Projects:Museum Support Center, North Post CDC, Replace South Post Fire Station, Flight Control Tower, Replace PX, INSCOM SCIF, Replace Commissary, Physical Fitness Facility

2011-2030 Planning Accomplishments: BRAC is implemented Buildings/infrastructure modernized PX and Commissary replaced Recreation master plan implemented Major on- and off- post roads improved Town Center realized
