  • How It Works Forskolin is a chemical found in the plant Plectranthus barbatus and works by increasing metabolic rate and testosterone in order to significantly decrease body fat, while increasing lean muscle mass allowing for a sleeker, more toned look than ever before. It has been used for centuries to treat heart disorders like high blood pressure, as well as respiratory disorders such as asthma. It was only until recently that scientists have discovered its amazing weight-loss potential. It works by activating the enzyme, adenylate cyclase, which in turn activates lipoproteins that actually breaks down fat cells and uses it for fuel. And since adynylate cyclase is also a main player in testosterone production, users have been able to see a considerably leaner physique, with less body fat and more lean muscle mass. All you have to do is take Forskolin 2 times daily and you, too, could start seeing these incredible results that have doctors and physicians raving. • Ingredients When we started this company we made a promise to keep consumers safe. Thats why we only use 100% pure ingredients from nature that are regularly tested and regulated by the FDA. 100% Pure Standardized 20% Coleus Forskohlii Extract Contains 125 MG Per Serving as Recommended Pure Extract with NO Artificial Colors or Preservatives Manufactured in FDA Registered Facility, cGMP Certified Laboratory Moreover, we constantly send our products through extensive third-party testing to ensure quality, efficacy, and safety. You are our #1 priority. Below is more information on the chemical compound of Forskolin. Because we only use natural ingredients, Forskolin is generally considered safe. But we always recommend talking to a doctor or physician before starting any new supplement. Natural Forskolin Compound: Three labdane diterpenoids were isolated from an acetone extract of Plectranthus ornatus. Their structures, closely related to that of forskolin, were determined by NMR studies. Unambiguous and complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these substances are presented. The assignments are based on 2D shift-correlated [1H, 1H-COSY, 1H, 13C-gHSQC-1J (C,H), 1H, 13C-gHMBC-nJ(C,H) (n = 2 and 3)] and NOE experiments. • Clinical Studies Objective: This study examined the effect of forskolin on body composition, testosterone, metabolic rate, and blood pressure in overweight and obese (BMI 26 kg/m2) men. Research Methods and Procedure: Thirty subjects (forskolin, n = 15; placebo, n = 15) were studied in a randomized, double-blind, placebo- controlled study for 12 weeks. Results: Forskolin was shown to elicit favorable changes in body composition by significantly decreasing body fat percentage (BF%) and fat mass (FM) as determined by DXA compared with the placebo group (p 0.05). Additionally, forskolin administration resulted in a change in bone mass for the 12-week trial compared with the placebo group (p 0.05). There was a trend toward a significant increase for lean body mass in the forskolin group compared with the placebo group (p = 0.097). Serum free testosterone levels were significantly increased in the forskolin group compared with the placebo group (p 0.05). The actual change in serum total testosterone concentration was not significantly different among groups, but it increased 16.77 33.77% in the forskolin group compared with a decrease of 1.08 18.35% in the placebo group. http://forskolinforweightloss.88iw.com/
