teaching and authority is to forsake the Lord—not the church.

The church has no ruling power and no authority to impose its will.

When a person forsakes the rules of a church that are not the rules of Christ, they have forsaken a church, but not Christ.

you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

John 15:12 – 14 "This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. 13 "Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. 14 "You are My friends if you do what I command you.”

Forsaking the Lord (James 2:2 – 4) “For if a man comes into

your assembly with a gold ring and dressed in fine clothes, and there also comes in a poor man in dirty clothes, 3 and you pay special attention to the one who is wearing the fine clothes, and say, "You sit here in a good place," and you say to the poor man, "You stand over there, or sit down by my footstool," 4 have you not made distinctions among yourselves, and become judges with evil motives?

Forsaking the Lord and His BodyThis people is his body. He is the head over it.He, as Lord, directed His followers to stick

together And assemble and show care one for

another .(cf. 1 Cor. 12:25). “should have equal concern

for each other.”
