Location : All within the Municipality of Baerum – 5 miles from the City center of Oslo.

Size of airport : 340 hectars (3,4 km2)

State ownership : 54 %

The City of Oslo : 46 %

The Municipality of Baerum: no ownership – but planning authority and provider of sosial infrastructure

Strategy of the State : Selling land to partially finance a new airport in another location
