05DURABLEMAINTENANCE, STORAGE, CLEANING AND TREATMENT.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USEIn order to maximize the number of use cycles and the longest endurance, the following recommendations have to be considered.

The plates are to be treated with an appropriate form oil and sprayed with sufficient water immediately before concreting.

After removing the shuttering, the plates should be cleaned as fast as possible and stored on a level surface.

Suitable forming oils are recommended for maintenance. Please use them according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Nailing, drilling or screwing through the Formwork panels should be minimised, since they impair the Formwork panels’ protective coating, and therefore its endurance.
