Format HDD to EXFAT under Mac OS

1. Please turn off hard drive, and connect it to Mac OS via supplied usb

cable;

2. Mac Book Home page, pls click Lanchupad-- Disk Utility

3. Pls follow step 1 then step 2(External—Erase)

4. Input the name and choose the format: Default format is MAC OS

Extended, pls select EXFAT

5. Pls click Erase

6. Formated to EXFAT

7. After finished, the hard drive will be formatted to EXFAT and can be

read and write on Mac OS.

Format HDD to NTFS under Windows OS

1. Please turn off hard drive, and connect it to Windows OS via supplied

usb cable;

2. Use your mouse right key to click "Computer" or “ This PC”, it will

show a drop-down menu; then click “Computer Management” or

“Manage”, Different OS Version have a little difference expression;

3. Click “Disk Management”—Then it will show up SSKCloud or Aircloud,

Pls use your mouse right left key to click: “Delete Volume”;

4. After deleted, it will display : Unallocated

5. Click the red part, then choose “ Convert to MBR Disk”;

6. Click “ Next”

7. Click “ Next”

8. Click “Next”

9. Click “ Finish”

10. It will show “ New Volume”

11. SSKCloud show up here:
